Child Safety Standards Policy

1. Commitment to Child Safety

Estia is committed to ensuring the safety and protection of children on our platform. We strictly

prohibit and actively work against any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We

recognize our responsibility to comply with global child safety laws, including Google Play’s

Child Safety Standards policy, and are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment for all users.

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

We strictly prohibit any use of our app to promote, share, create, or access child sexual abuse

material (CSAM).

Any account, user, or content found to be engaging in CSAE will be immediately suspended and

reported to the relevant legal authorities and hotlines (such as NCMEC or INHOPE hotlines,

depending on jurisdiction).

We do not tolerate grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to exploit or endanger minors.

3. In-App Reporting & Feedback Mechanism

Users can report suspicious behavior, harmful content, or potential child safety concerns directly

within the app using the Help & Support section and report the issue through the available

contact form.

Reports are reviewed by our team promptly, and urgent child safety issues are prioritized for

immediate escalation to law enforcement if necessary.

4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

We comply with all applicable child protection and online safety regulations, including but not

limited to:

Local and international child safety laws.

Data protection and privacy laws governing the handling of children’s data.

Cooperation with law enforcement and child protection agencies in investigations involving

CSAE.

5. Enforcement and Moderation

We use a combination of proactive detection systems, content moderation, and manual review to

identify and prevent harmful content.

Repeat offenders are permanently banned from the platform.

7. Continuous Improvement
